1949年9月18日、岡山県津山市で生まれ。
小学校1年のとき名古屋市に引っ越し。金城小学校、東志賀小学校。
中学、高校は東海学園。

大学に通いながら舞台芸術学院の夜間部、五月舎の研究生を
経て、劇団「雲」の研究生となる。「雲」の分裂に伴い、
